The paterae is an ornamental medallion - in black jade, red agate, and mother of pearl -  that recurs on Venetian façades, telling the story of the family living in the palace. With the Medallions collection, Roberto Coin designs his own paterae: a colorful wearable medallion with a floral motif illuminated by diamonds, symbolizing the brand's ever-growing creativity.
